Guidance for Potential Exhibitors

Welcome to our Conference website and thank you for your interest in exhibiting at our 2023 One Health, One Environment Conference at the world-renown Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The conference represents an excellent opportunity to reach an estimated 250-350 participants from several countries and continents and diverse scientific and health-related professions, all committed to the One Health vision. In attendance will be members, thought leaders, and executives of several One Health-related professional organizations and other related organizations will be in attendance thus providing a wide range of interests for the targeting of your offerings.

The conference rate structure was designed to be sensitive to costs for attendees, including the exhibitors. The rate schedule was designed for covering venue costs, meeting space, technology, and more.

Hotel/Resort Registration is separate of conference registration. Exhibitor registration only includes space for setup and other opportunities explained on this page.


Exhibitor Registration does not include meals or refreshments. Non-local exhibitors are encouraged to use the conference venue for accommodations.

How to get meals and unlimited refreshments? By staying at the Hilton Rose Hall, the all-inclusive rates provided for conference attendees registered with the Hilton Rose Hall will provide unlimited all-you-can eat meals, unlimited coffee, unlimited snacks from the coffeeshop, and more. No portion of the conference program will occur during lunch or dinner meal periods. Conference attendees with accommodations at the Hilton Rose Hall can eat and socialize with one another during break periods and following daytime programming.


Exhibitors who do not establish accommodations at the Conference hotel, please make contact with the Conference Secretariat regarding accessing the property and related costs. To do so, please contact Mr. Paul Ximinis  at +1 (876) 813-1943. 

Exhibitor Registration - Ticket Selection

Please use the registration site by clicking the registration image below or the the 'Register Here' box. Upon beginning registration, scroll to the bottom of the page, then select the appropriate "Exhibitor" registration ticket. There are options for registration for two days, one day (Tuesday) or one day (Wednesday). Details on the registrations are provided below. 

There are a limited number of spots available due to the space for exhibitions. Exhibitor registrations will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    • Two Day --  Tues. & Wed., 03 and 04 October 2023: $500

    • One Day -- Tuesday, 03 October 2023: $250

    • One Day -- Wednesday, 04 October 2023: $250

  • Exhibitor Benefits/Resources Provided

    • Space: 10’ x10’ (~3.3m x 3.3m)

    • Table: 3’x 6’ (~1m x 2m) table

    • Chairs and a rubbish bin/waste basket

    • Ceramic tile floor 

    • Increased visibility by being listed on the Conference website and in the Conference Programme

    • Scheduled Premium booth-viewing times as part of Conference Programme

JAMAICAN EXHIBITORS: Persons from within Jamaica will register with the Jamaica Association of Public Health Inspectors (JAPHI). All others will register using our online registration system. Exhibitors from within Jamaica should contact the Conference Secretariat, Mr. Paul Ximinis at  (876) 813-1943 for details.
